How do I delete/remove my subscriptions so that way it doesn’t pop up on my apple account anymore? I want them permanently removed!

Yes, you are able to see your subscription history, but you’re not required to view it.
Of course, I don’t really know what “pop up” means in your original post.
I was meaning like so it doesn’t come up if I have someone else borrow my account in the future.

Never do this. Each and every person, regardless of age, needs her/his own, unique Apple ID.
