I lost my photos and videos
I reset my old device and thought that I could get my photos back on the new phone, but icloud got me very old photos, so how can I get back the deleted photos

Check iCloud, Directly:
See if they reside in iCloud. As long as Photos is still enabled in iCloud on the old devices, then it will be recoverable. Go here: https://www.icloud.com/photos
