Error Connecting To Podcasts Connect

Hi, I have a Podcast on iTunes, but recently new episodes haven't been uploading. I've tried to log onto my Podcasts Connect account, and even when I successfully log on, I can't view any info, I just keep getting the following message: "There was an error." I've attached a screenshot for reference. Please help! Thanks!
