One of my AirPods isn’t working

one of my airpods isn’t working. I am not able to connect it to a device. Here is a picture. I dont see the battery level of the second airpod and Im unable to connect it. The case and the other airpod is fully charged and working.

AirPods Pro the right airPod doesn’t showing its battery, and not working when put in ear. It works only when it’s in the charging case, from the control center >music widget > the Right top >choose AirPods >play music. so that’s how it works only when it’s in the charging case. May I get help about fixing this problem, please?
