M1 Mac Mini Bluetooth going mad after 11.5.2

My M1 Mac mini started to loose bluetooth connections every other minute. The issue started with 11.5.2 update.

Issues detected with Magic Mouse 2, Logitech MX keys and lot of bluetooth speakers. They all loose connection at the same time.

Is it only me ? I did't find anything on the subject.

Mac mini M1 bluetooth connectivity issues I have the Mac mini M1 with the magic mouse, magic keyboard and trackpad connected and after a while of use the bluetooth module seems to struggle. The connection seems to cut out for very short intervals and 'catches up' all of a sudden. This only happens after a while of use. I read a few articles where people were struggling with connecting to the M1 Macs with bluetooth but it seems like apple released a software update to fix it. However, this problem still hasn't been fixed, I have the latest software downloaded. I have reset the bluetooth module and deleted the bluetooth plist. However, these have only been short term solutions. It almost makes the mouse unusable and I am starting to regret buying it. Is there another fix for this problem or is it a hardware issue? Still no solution to the flaky Bluetooth on M1 Macs? My MAC mini has this issue too. My issue is with a 2011 Apple Keyboard (KB) and Trackpad (TB) dropping the connections. Apple 2nd level support tells me, “Older KB & TP different version of Bluetooth (BT). Newer BT version uses more power. That’s why the larger rechargeable batteries in new KB and TP. You’ll need to buy a new KB & TP.”; But I’m not convinced because others are having Bluetooth issues with other devices too, headphones, game controllers, etc. I’m changing the rechargeable batteries 1/ week but the KB & TP worked flawlessly on my 2011 iMac for 10 years. Been through all the posts, used Terminal to reset Bluetooth, as there is no Reset in the Bluetooth Option menu for the MAC mini running Monterey. Now trying with Wi-Fi turned off. We’ll see.

Connecting MacMini M1 to MacBook Air M1 - Bluetooth connects, then disconnects Yesterday I was using universal control between the two without problems. Today, they briefly connect via Bluetooth and then disconnect. I confirmed they are connected to the same wifi. Tuned Bluetooth off and on in each, completed pairing by typing in code...they pair for 5 seconds and then un-pair. Is this a recent bug? My mouse and keyboard (Logi MX Master 3 & Keys) were working flawlessly across devices yesterday. Any ideas appreciated.

Could be the update and/or.... external interference from a newly added cable or device with poor shielding.

start by having a look at > https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201542

Work thru the process of elimination and if that does not turn up an offending cable or device.

then contact Apple Support, at > https://getsupport.apple.com
