How to pair my Apple Watch without my Apple ID password?

my watch came unpaired somehow and i can’t reconnect it cus i forgot my apple password.. i don’t know why or how it came unpaired anyways…can someone pls help me pls i’ve been trying to reconnect for about 3weeks now.

Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using the correct Apple ID & password. Apple will not help you find the previous owner. If the previous owner cannot or will not remove the lock, then the watch is useless to you or anyone else.
