I am not able to open an excel spreadsheet from my Icloud. It states: "Excel cannot open the file 'Household Organizer 2021.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file." Any recommendations?

Start Here: Microsoft Contact Us Virtual Agent - Microsoft Support. Perform a chat session with Microsoft using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
