Just one of my airpods works

My left airpod works fine, but my right does not. both show fully charged. I have followed the steps to reset them but the right one still does not work. Any suggestions?

Right AirPod doesn't work Both my case and airpods show they are charging. The left one works and connects, while the right does not. I have left them to charge and I reset them. Once both are in the case it flashes orange, but both alone stay green. Why are they flashing? (These are the Apple AirPods second generation) Why can't I get the right one to work?
