Can I upgrade to OSX 10.14 Mojave from 10.13.6 on my mid 2012 Mac Book Pro

I have a Mac Book Pro 15 inch Mid 2012 machine, non retina display.

I am currently running OS 10.13.6 High Sierra.

Software update isn't offering me to go to Mojave 10.14. See screen grab.

I attach images of specs for my 2 factory installed graphics cards, which I believe will work with Mojave because they support "metal". (Please correct me if I'm wrong!)

So

1) Is it advisable to upgrade to Mojave on this machine mid 2012 machine?

2) If yes, why doesn't this option show in software update and how should this update be done?

THANKS IN ADVANCE
