AirPods Pro no music but connected

I’ve got the 12 pro max and bought genuine AirPod pro for the phone. I’ve connected successfully but no sound comes through AirPods. I’ve reset, checked volume, cleaned AirPods and even restarted my phone. My software is up to date and still no sound???

Hello,

If they seem to be connected, but won't play, try this:

1) Open the Control Center

2) Long press on the music controls

3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)

4) Select AirPods

If the AirPods aren't listed in step 4, then they aren't really connected. See this:

If your AirPods won't connect

Good luck.
