my phone is stolen and i dont know my own imei number how can i get the imei number??

Look at the box the phone came in, check iTunes if you backed up that way, or contact your carrier. See this for what to do for a stolen device. If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support You cannot track a stolen device with the IMEI number. Only your carrier uses that to blacklist phones, if they provide that service.
