NO. There is NO WAY to track a phone which is not powered on. And as others have already told you, it not only needs to be on, but also connected to a network AND Find My would have to been turned on before you lost the phone. There are no other ways. None. Zip. Nadda. Zero.

You will have to trace your steps and hope you can find it the old fashioned, look for it way.

Why do you think anyone here has any responsibility to look for a phone you lost? We are ALL users on this user to user only forum. Sorry you lost your phone, but looking for it is completely your responsibility.

The only way to find it in that situation would be to spot the iPhone using your eyes.

And please do not shout at us by using all capital letters.

If the iPhone is off, there is no way for you to track it. It needs to be powered on, connected to the Internet, and Find My iPhone turned on in Settings.
