Why won’t my phone let me delete apps?

My phone won’t let me delete my apps. It will only allow me to remove apps from Home Screen or share them. I’ve tried turning off restrictions and deleting them from my settings and the App Store.

If you are using Screen Time, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
