Apple watch does not properly sync (heart monitoring, fitness tracking). Already reset apple watch and iphone

My apple watch 5 all of a sudden stopped syncing properly for the last 8 days. Fitness tracking does not work so it shows zeros in activity, heart measuring is not working. I receive my notifications on my watch but I have to press on the watch to read them. Battery drains in 4-6 hours. I did all suggestions from various articles to solve this but none has worked. Even unpaired, erased data from phone and watch and then paired again. When pairing I used the backup of the phone that I have saved. The software is the latest version on both.

Try re-pairing again and setup as new not from a backup.
