iPhone 12 purchase

I ordered a iPhone 12 last Monday and paid in full but there is no evidence of the payment showing on my bank?

so has the purchase gone through I do have an email from apple to say that it has so can you please confirm.

To be honest you’re not really speaking directly to apple on this forum, it’s a community knowledge base, but I can only say that it’s possible the payment simply didn’t process yet.

if you want to confirm with  you would need to contact them directly over here https://support.apple.com/contact
