Just to be clear, you cannot use iTunes on your iPhone. You need to use your computer with iTunes. If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone --> If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
Then follow the directions in this link to erase your iPhone --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
