I have an Ipad air 1 and the Ipad is running iOS 12.4.5 which is old. The problem is my Ipad does not see any new software updates. So my question is how do I Update my Ipad to the newest iOS.

You are correct. No new updates will be available for your iPad Air 1. The highest version that it can use is iOS version 12.x.x which you have already installed.

Thanks for answer. There are serveral very important websites I can’t enter. Neighter Safari or Chrome works. Do you have any solutions for that?
The only solution is buying a new(er) iPad.
