Apple tv4k menu button

Menu button not working on remote or phone with Apple 4K latest version. I have to unplug it to restart then it works until I unplug manually. Using Yamaha 750 receiver and Samsung R80 tv. Worked great then in last 24 hours started to act up. Updated receiver but failed to resolve
