iPod classic syncing to iPhone

is it possible to connect my iPod classic to my iPhone 7+ and download my iTunes library music to iPod and syncing iPod classic to music library

You cannot do a device to device transfer. See Recover media from an iPod - Apple Community. Once the content is in your library you can add it to any other device.
