My iphone screen is bulging up and i search up on browser they said the battery is swollen but i checked my iphone battery health its still 91% is it really the battery? or its actually the glue thingy on the screen because my iphone once fell down and i replace the screen.
i hope someone could understand what is really happen with my iphone

The battery health is unrelated to whether the battery is swelling or not. Oftentimes the screen bulging is indeed due to a swollen battery. I would recommend you power off the phone and do not use it until you get it serviced through Apple or an authorized service provider.

If the screen is bulging, it likely is a swollen battery. Backup your phone immediately, then power it down and stop using it until you have had it evaluated at your Apple Store Genius Bar.
