Hello Aman_godara1,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support communities. We understand that you are having an issue with a Face ID error stating "A problem was detected with the TrueDepth Camera. Face ID has been disabled." We would love to provide you support on this.

This particular error is a known issue and the article that you used to post this question tells you exactly what to do in the event that you receive this error, and even explains what this error means.

As the article states:

-"Update your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

-If you still can't enroll your face or unlock your device with Face ID, take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support about your iPhone or your iPad."

If you've followed the steps to update your iPhone and it still doesn't resolve your issue then you need to contact Apple Support

Thank you for allowing us to support you.

Have an awesome and productive day!
