Camera still makes sound on silent mode
When I take picture on any app it makes the shutter noise even on silent mode

Your iPhone was probably originally sold in a region where the law makes this sound mandatory.

Is there anyway I can fix that?
Sell that phone and buy one that is not from a country that restricts this.
