I found a 3 1/2 minute video on YouTube by MasutaGaming where his video went through step by step and actually reset the MacBook Pro to the factory settings. Unbelievable how easy he made it. Apple Support needs to write down the steps and make it available because what they are showing is for the Mac and did not work for the MacBook Pro.
