Hi Kitfromthecit,

It appears that you're unable to send photos to a friend of yours that has an Android phone. To confirm, are you able to send photos to other contacts or others with iPhone or Apple devices? What happens when you try to send that friend a photo? Does it happen with multiple photos? Your answers can help us understand this better and possibly determine next steps.

Take care.

Kitfromthecit,

Thank you for letting us know. Were you able to follow the steps in the previous article sent? What happens if you tap the red exclamation point and tap Try Again?

You'll also want to make sure that MMS Messaging is enabled in Settings > Messages. Another step you can take is to make sure your iPhone is fully updated: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch If there is an available update, you'll want to make sure that you back up your iPhone first: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Let us know if the issue continues. Best wishes.
