GPU and photoshop 3d files problem

My iMac stop working with 3d files in photoshop (i use mockups).

When GPU is turned on (it is necessary for 3d) I see only a black screen on .psb files.

When GPU is turn off photoshop asks to turn it on with 3d files and show black .psb file for a normal mock-up file with a smart object.

All is updated, memory is big enough. And it worked earlier without any problem. I have found a similar issue with video rendering (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251559531?page=2), but in my case, if only photoshop launched the problem is still present. My 10yo MacBook with less memory etc opens such files without this problem. I'm confused.

GPU Radeon Pro 575X 4 ГБ

iMac 27-inch, 2019

3,1GHz Intel Core i5

memory 24Gb 2400 MHz DDR4

Any ideas?
