Where is the utilities folder on my Desktop (Mac) to I can migrate to my MacBook?

On the Finder menu > Go > Utilities

(or on the Finder menu click Go, then Applications and in the Applications folder scroll down to Utilities).

or just use Search (command spacebar or click magnifying glass icon in menu bar) and search for migration assistant.
