HELP! How to back up data without the use of icloud backup

I have restored old icloud backup data onto my new phone. But I didn’t know it would deleted the data that was already on my new phone.

It was not backed up with icloud and all my super important photos and notes are all gone. Is there any way to recover my data without the use of icloud?
