Delete apps
When I delete an app from my iPad it shows it downloading from the cloud if I reinstall it. How can I get Reid of it completely

it's not downloaded from your cloud it just mean it's an app you have downloaded before
you can hide it if you so choose, but never fully removed it from being tied to your appleID
