I don't see the restore error and still see the restore screen and can't force a restart. What can i do next?

Are you seeing the Restore screen on your iPhone, like in the article you shared, If you see the Restore screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?

If so, and you have followed all the steps, including connecting your iPhone to a computer with iTunes or Finder (the article will explain which one you should be using), then you will want to reach out to Apple Support by going to Get Support.
