Apple Watch update

I have been trying to update my Apple Watch but every time I try it goes through the update then fails stating I am not connected to the internet I have tried many times Suggestions ?

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 6

I have tried all of that multiple times. Any other suggestions? I even deleted some programs and all my photos to make space in case that was the issue. Please help the watch is what needs an update and I dont know how to make it happen!
