Hello how are you doing I’m emailing you guys because my email is not working and I have 962 emails that is not popping up

If, opening your email provider website on a computer, you're sure that those email messages are still stored in your provider server, AND if you're using Apple Mail app on your iPhone, try to:

  • delete that email account from the iPhone
  • restart your device
  • re-add that email account in Apple Mail app on the iPhone, then give it time to repopulate your account.


If you're using a 3rd party mail app, contact your email provider and ask them.
