I just got a new phone and my apple music won’t sink or let me add/play any songs that aren’t in my library. it also won’t let me download my playlists so i can’t listen to anything unless it’s the select few songs that are downloaded. what do i do?

Yes! i have the same apple id and the “sync library” is on, but it does not let me tap on any new songs or download my previous playlist, i deleted the app and once i downloaded it again it’s not even loading.
Are you still using the same Apple ID? Did you turn on 'Sync Library' on the new iPhone?
