Can not get voicemail custom greeting to save. iPhone 7+ Help!

Check with your cellular carrier. They control that. Voicemail is a carrier feature. If you are seeing an error, that has to do with the carrier as well. Give them a call, they may need to reset your voicemail.

Voicemail Greeting I have a new iPhone 13 Pro Max 2022 version, I has a 7 plus. I can’t get it to save a voicemail greeting. I never saw a “Set up now” prompt. I get error messages when I try to save the new greeting. If someone calls me it says I haven’t set up voicemail. Not sure what to do.
