Why can't Logic Pro X 10.5.1 can't scan this audio plug-in?

I'm using Logic Pro X 10.5.1 via macOS Mojave system (10.14.6).

Some days ago I bought a plug-in pack (6 plug-ins A,B,C,D,E, and F) and installed them in my audio plug-ins folder (Library->Audio->Plug-ins->Components)

However, Logic Pro scanned 5 plug-ins of 6 of that pack, while the most important one is missing.

I opened the Plug-in manager, it showed up in there and has been successfully validated. It just did not showed up in my plug-in list on channels.

I've tried using another DAW such as Reaper, it appeared! I really dunno why it didn't show up in Logic?

Is it any possible reason or resolving method? really thanks.
