My MacBook Air does not want to turn on. I did the 10 sec press down of the power button, nothing happens. The laptop battery is fully charged

If it doesn't help, you'd better make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
