Go to someplace with wi-fi. Coffee house, work, library, etc.

What are you trying to do that requires wifi? if you are trying to upate OS you can use a computer which itself can have an Ethernet connection. If you re trying to update apps you may be able to turn on use data to do that.

Turn off automatic app downloading:

Update apps manually --> https://support.apple.com/HT202180

and:

Settings > App Store (formerly iTunes & App Store) > App Downloads

In the cellular data section > select an option:

Always Allow

Ask If Over 200 MB
