iPhone water damage, the screen is off and it shows a green colour
my phone is locked and the screen is off and it shows a green colour from up to down. how do I fix this?

You can't fix water damage. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. Apple won't attempt to fix a water damaged phone. Be prepared to buy an Out of Warranty replacement for about 60% of the cost of the phone when it was new or a new phone. A new phone may make more sense if the water damaged phone is older.
