Phone ain’t working at all

So my phone died and was charging for 2-10 hours last night but still on black screen and isn’t showing ain’t sign of life or charging symbol

I awoke to a dead phone. will not turn on and does not appear to be able to charge. i tried the side buttons. also tried different charging power block and cables. phone had been holding the charge prior without problems.
