I unpaired my Apple Watch to update it now it won’t let me pair it until I update my watch, but it says I have no internet connection to update it.

If you see 'Unable to Verify Update' when updating Apple Watch

Mine keeps telling me I’m not connected to internet. Even though I’m connected to our home WiFi. Then tells me unable to verify. I’ve reset my watch to factory settings and tried downloading and still got errors

I too am unable to update my Apple Watch. When I downloaded an update, it unpaired from my phone. Now when I try to pair it, it tells me it can’t pair until I download an update. But it won’t update unless I unpair the watch. And then I can’t download the update. This is monumentally frustrating!!!!!!

Same here. Can’t verify because you are not connected to the internet.
