iCloud Library not showing up I am trying to sync all my photos to my iCloud as I have just bought more icloud storage. When looking up on how to do this, all the links I’ve found says that on this page at the top there should be an iCloud Photo Library option to turn on. But I don’t have this?

iCloud photos I want to access my iCloud library. I have been to settings and applied all the instructions but that doesn’t open up the library for viewing. How do you get to the iCloud library page similar to the iPad photo library
