I can't update my iPad mini 2 iOS 9.3.5 to iOS 12
I cant update my ipad and im on ios 9.3.5 my ipad is a ipad mini 2 idk why. It says software up to date but not because iPad mini 2 can update up to ios 12 I think

If you're using a first generation model, it's not capable of 10 or above.
If you're using a second generation model, remove the beta profile from it and check it can properly communicate with Apple's servers.
