Activation lock
I cant pass to activation lock. I know my apple id but it tells that my apple id cannot be used to unlock my iphone.what should i do?

If it's locked to a different Apple ID, log in with that one, or contact the person who can, or if you're the iPhone's original owner, click here and submit an unlock request.
If it's become unbound from that Apple ID but is still locked, submit an unlock request.
