delete appa

Can't delete apps they all just move over to app library I want off my phone all so not able to reload apps .

Please check: Settings - Screen Time - Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - Deleting Apps = Allow.

Hello does anyone know how to delete apps from the App Library? Whenever I try to delete an app it seems to only delete from home screen and some of my apps I don’t use so I want to delete them and save some iPhone storage but it won’t let me delete the apps please help?
