How to disconnect apple pay

I lost my apple watch. I tried to delete my debit card info in my apple watch with my iphone, but it was not available. Iphone said it will take a few minutes to delete the information but finally they cannot delete my card info. I tried to delete in icloud.com and apple id section. But both of them didn’t work. Also, i was worried, So I replaced my debit through BoA but apple pay updated my new card information automatically to my apple watch’s apple pay. What should I do?
