Unable to Print One Document - Others Print Fine

I have a MacBook Pro running MacOS 11.5.1. I have a Hewlett Packard Color LaserJet Pro M255dw printer set up to print wirelessly. There is one web document downloaded from my college that just won't print. I changed it to a pdf file but still no success. I emailed the file to my wife's computer but it won't print from there either. There seems to be no problem printing anything else. When I try to print the document, the printer app shows it looking for the printer, then says "waiting for the job to complete" but then that message goes away without the printer printing. The printer appears to be getting the information because it makes a noise like its about to print but then stops.

Does anyone know what it could be with this one document that won't allow it to print?
