When ever I’m changing room(we have two wifi routers inside same house) my wifi automatically connects before previous update. The one which I received recent update 14.7.1 is having issue in connecting auto join. Kindly check and resolve.

Did you already try to reset "All Settings" and "Network Settings" on your device?
You will lose your Wi-Fi passwords and other settings as well, check this article about it:

Did you already try to force restart the phone? No data will be lost:
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Has the iOS update been installed via Wi-Fi?
If yes, try to set it back to factory settings, using the computer, which will install a completely new iOS version.
