We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not being able to erase your Watch. If you have your iPhone still paired to it, you can erase it from your iPhone. Learn how to Erase Apple Watch here.

It sounds like you may have Activation Lock turned on. If you do, learn About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch here and try those steps.

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

Apple ID - How to find your Apple  -  An iCloud e-mail address is an Apple ID.

Apple ID - Find  -       

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
