Popup that wont go away
An obnoxious website pops up every time I go to Safari. I swipe to make it go away, then I enter Safari again, and it is back. "fraudulent warnings" and "block popups" are both green

Force quit Safari
Click in the menu bar and Force Quit Safari
Select Safari if not already, and Click" Force Quit" ant bottom right corner.
Launch Safari holding the shift key down
