I cannot access the HBO MAX programs on the TV
When I enter the HBO MAX app from Apple TV, it never displays the menu or gives me access to the content.
Try this for any misbehaving app:
- Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
- If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
- If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
- If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.
