So, I have recently bought a new phone I’ve never had problems with Snapchat on my previous account however, as soon as I put my Snapchat account on this phone it going permanently banned, so I decided to make a new account, but that got permanently banned instantly as well, I have no clue what is going on and would like to know, if anyone has an explanation please tell me.

Not sure, but your iPhone's IMEI number might have been blacklisted.
Contact your carrier about that matter (and/or Snapchat support team).
